Expanded Wellness Plan

Healthy X Change, LLC
is expanding its Wellness and Prevention Program by having its Healthcoaches do more body screenings to identify potential health problems before illness occurs. Paul and Barbara Stitt, owners of Natural Ovens Bakery, were so pleased with their test results they recommended HXC make the screenings available to all their employees and to the public at large.

The HXC Prevention Plan starts with a muscle and aerobic tests called the Ten BioMarkers.

The BioMarkers Plan was developed by Dr's evans and Rosenberg, Professors of Nutrition and Medicine at Tufts University. It identifies ten determinates of aging you can control. It is medically proven that you can slow the aging process and add strength and vitality no matter what your age! The program begins with self-tests for evaluating your body's physiological age, then directs you to an exercise plan tailored to your level of fitness. Adhering to the plan can double muscle strength and increase aerobic capacity 15 to 20 percent.

The Tufts University research program's Ten BioMarkers are:

1 .-- > Muscle Mass
2 .-- > Strength
3 .-- > Basal Metabolic Rate
4 .-- > Body Fat Percentage
5 .-- > Aerobic Capacity
6 .-- > Blood Pressure
7 .-- > Insulin Sensitivity
8 .-- > Cholesterol/HDL Ratio
9 .-- > Bone Density
10.--> Body Temperature Regulation

The screenings that follow identify the problems and recommends the changes in nutrition, exercise, lifestyle, and attitude to correct imbalances or deficiencies.

Screenings are divided into three levels. Level I or the Basic Level includes:

1.--> Body Comp Test includes:
          Muscle and organ mass
          Basal Metabolic Rate
          Body Fat Percentage
          Body Water Distribution
2.--> Blood Pressure/Pulse
3.--> Bone Density
4.--> Heartrate Variability—Heart & Brain Coordination
5.--> Cholestech--Cholesterol, Triglycerides & Glucose
6.--> Microfit Step-Test—Aerobic Fitness, Muscle Strength and Flexibility

Level II Screening may be taken with # I or as a follow-up if problems are identified or if health history indicates problems may exist.

These tests are:

7.--> Blood and Urine Chemistry
8.--> Hemoglobin A1C—Diabetes

Level III includes diagnosis of illness, if any, with treatment recommended to correct problems. A complete physical exam is included.

9.--> Referred to Physician, Nurse Practitioner or other           practitioner.
10. > Complete Physical with EKG and chest x-ray - LIVE           BLOOD ANALYSIS may be included.

We believe most people want to know what’s wrong with their body. We have packaged an affordable program to give a person an accurate appraisal of the body parts as well as how its systems are functioning. Making the changes to correct imbalances is practicing highly effective Prevention.

The Healthcoach will help to set goals for nutrition changes, exercise, changes in lifestyle and changes in attitudes to improve health.
