Health Coaching A Health Coach does not diagnosis, but will give recommendations and assist their members with alternative methods. A Health Coach is reminiscent of a personal trainer or an instructor. Our Health Coaches educate members to be health conscious, empowering them to avoid common health ailments. |

 Healthy X Change Services Health Insurance Services Healthy X Change, LLC (HXC) offers health consulting services for both self-funded and self insured employers. If your company still utilizes traditional health insurance we can customize your healthcare benefits to provide an alternative to the very disadvantageous and extremely costly insurance policies. A Health Savings Account (HSA) coupled with a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) can offset the extreme policy expenditure increases without using the popular cost shifting mechanisms so widely used today.
Data Analysis HXC utilizes proprietary technologies to appraise health claims data. Our claims data analysts assess the claims data for high risk indicators. The information gathered and assessed is treated with the highest confidentiality compliant with the “Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996” (HIPAA). Health Risk Assessments Healthy X Change utilizes some of the most progressively technologically advanced tools in the industry. Our Bio-Data assessments enable our Health Coaches to proficiently appraise the health of their members. These assessments are used in conjunction with the coaches' expertise to facilitate the members in making gainful goals and provide virtually instantaneous feedback. There are a myriad of different assessment we employ. Each assessment has a specific application and procedural use. There is no one size fits all assessment here at Healthy X Change. Our assessments give us a direct insight into a members assessed health correlations. Optimal Health Awards The Optimal Health Awards (OHA) program is an incentive program which awards members for participation. The OHA can be awarded to a member for achieving set goals, or by participating in health educational activities. Each Member enrolled in the OHA program is allocated a yearly incentive amount which can be earned through out the enrollment year. Examples of an OHA allocation from past clients are: $1,000.00 for a single person, $2,000.00 for a limited family (Member with spouse, or Member with 1 child) or $3,000.00 for a family with 100 percent participation. The OHAs can be paid out in a variety of ways: cash, deferred into a trust account with future investment opportunities, or both. Remember, the OHAs are awarded by participation only. |
